Lenny Lemon gardening activity sheets now available in Kurdish

Gardening brings joy and connection to everyone, everywhere. We’re thrilled to announce that our Lenny Lemon gardening activity sheets are now available in Kurdish (Kurmanji), alongside English, Arabic, Farsi, Ukrainian, French, Pashto, Somali and Spanish.

Designed for families, schools and community groups, these activity sheets encourage creativity, nurture a love of nature and help build cultural connections. Whether you’re planting at home, supporting pupils in the classroom, or engaging beneficiaries through NGOs and charities, there’s something here for everyone.

Activity ideas include:

  • Make a ladybird and bug home
  • Drinking trays for birds
  • Grow snapdragons
  • Make and follow a trail
  • Animal leaf pictures
  • Container planting with a twist
  • Mr and Mrs Cresshead
  • Make a seed storage box
  • Build a mini wormery
  • Make a crown from leaves or petals
  • Sunflower pot people

Thanks to the Royal Horticultural Society, these materials have been adapted to support families in refugee and internally displaced people (IDP) communities. Together, we’re helping everyone enjoy the wonders of gardening, regardless of background or location.
